VFX & VP Supervisor
I began my VFX career in 1999 at POP Film in Santa Monica. Over the years I've worked at some of the industry's most prestigious studios, contributing to films, commercials, and TV shows across every major discipline in visual effects.
I first became a VFX supervisor at Zoic Studios in 2015, overseeing productions for major networks and streamers. My experience spans compositing, CG, environments, creature work, and virtual production.
After years of being frustrated by clunky Excel and FileMakerPro templates that every VFX facility cobbled together, I decided to build something better. OpenBID was developed on Google Sheets to leverage the collaboration and accessibility that the platform provides — making VFX bidding transparent, fast, and available to everyone.
The vision for OpenBID extends beyond bidding. We're working toward open standards for every stage of production — from pre-visualization through final delivery. With AI agents and agentic workflows, we believe the future of VFX production management is collaborative, intelligent, and open to all.
