1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OpenBID, a visual effects platform and Google Workspace add-on, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OpenBID. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Be responsible for all content you create, upload, or share
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of OpenBID are owned by LeVere Entertainment Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
OpenBID and LeVere Entertainment Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We provide the service "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
